There is no secret to getting rid of butt fat, it can be as persistent as cellulite.  Diet alone probably won’t give you the results that you want although any weight loss is good for your health.  If you have access to a health club or fitness trainer you might want to ask for their help.  They may have had great results with certain exercises that you didn’t know about.  Remember, your goal of to get your rear end down to a size that you are comfortable with.
